The staff was totally unavailable after 11pm, like, what kind of hotel does that? And, no microwave in the room. I thought that woudl ve been standard! I almost gave a decent review, but where's my complimentary snack or room upgrade? This place could use a serious wake-up call on guest comfort.

The room was newly updated and seemed clean. The sink, tub, toilet, and sheets were all clean. The air conditioning was cold, refreshing after a long day of meetings. The pricing was decent compared to nearby options, and despite some minor issues, the overall value was commendable.

Front desk was good and check-in was easy. The room was spacious and very clean, with a lovely deep tub perfect for unwinding after a long day. Conveniently close to restaurants and shopping too!

My feet turned black from the floors quicker than I could say 'cleaning'. Plus, waking up at 3AM to a dramatic scene wasn't quite the magical experience I was hoping for!

The hotel staff was friendly, despite some minor issues with training. the floors and beds were clean, and the rooms were affordable. There was access to a pool and the location was convenient for business travelers. the overall experience was positive.

The shower wasn't cleaned properly, with green soap residue found in multiple areas.
